Premium not recognized on account

I purchased Spotify Family three months ago.  Everyone elses' account works except mine.  It doesn't recognize that I have spotify premium, so I can't use the program to its full extent.  How do I make it change from a free subscription to family premium?  Spotify is billing me each month that I cannot use it.

Hi @lauraaitchison, welcome to the Spotify Community! 


For what you described, it looks like you have 2 different Spotify accounts and that you accessed a Free account by mistake.


In this case, we'd like you to log out and try to log back in. If your Premium account was created with an email and an username, make sure to use that username (not your email address) to log in. If your Premium account was created with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option.

I have the same problem but I log in all the ways and it says it's still in the free one even though I checked my bank account and they barely charged me for it .
