Premium not working

Premium not working

Had a two year free premium subscription with fido it's been 1 year and a half and It is now saying I don't have premium access it is saying I have free account

If you're sure that you're using the same credential to login as before, the best thing to do is contacting Fido directly. They'll be happy to help you figuring out what happened.
