Premium not working

I paid to renew my premium last night but it keeps saying that i dont have it . It has already charged me $12.00.

I just paid $59.60 for the spotify gift card and redeemed it and I couldn't just the premium.pls help me

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble. It sounds like you have two accounts! May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure, that when you are logging in to the account, you are using the username that's on the email receipt ( and NOT the email).

If your account is done with facebook, please use the sign in tab for facebook. If you have two accounts (one with facebook, the other one natively with spotify) try linking them.
