Premium not working

So I tried upgrading to premium for that deal for $9.99 for 3 months, and it said my card wasn't working so I called it and they said I played 2 to 3 times for the college deal, but I only signed up for the 3 months, and I still don't have premium I've already reinstalled the app twice and cleared the data pls help

It sounds like you might have used that payment method and account previously for a similar offer. We'd recommend logging in here to see which offers you're eligible for. 

We'd also suggest checking another payment method if you're trying to sign up for an offer that you're eligible for. These steps might be helpful.
