My Question or Issue

Three days ago I launched spotify premium free month, but it doesn't work everywhere. Even when I enter my account settings, it says that I have a free account, but when I click to switch to premium, it say that I have premium from today, even if I started it three days ago. I also tried to log out, I checked if I was subscribed to the cat it describes and nothing worked. Thank you in advance

Hey @Dirmane,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It's possible, that you have multiple accounts and are trying to activate a new trial subscription on a different account. As you can only activate one trial, you can check if you have more than one account. Here is how to do that.

I checked if I have more accounts and I'm sure I don't. What can I do now? The subscription page says I activated it today, but I did it 5 days ago.

In such case it'd be best to contact a customer support representative, because our colleagues there have access to more backend tools to aid you further. Here is how to do that.
