Premium not working

Premium not working

Hi I was hoping for help

I have “payed” twice now for 3months free premium on my account

and the payments succeeded

but I dont have premium

and so cant cancel it when it ends

 

help?

Hey @Ricebowlcat, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Free, follow these steps and attach a screenshot of your Receipts page. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community.

If it says Premium, try logging out > restart the device > log back in in the Spotify app, and let me know if you’re able to use your Premium features, such as no ads, unlimited skips.

You can also follow the steps provided in this support article and let me know if they make a difference.

Hi! I followed your steps

It says I have a free spotify account

and I have no receipt

yet in my banks app it shows 

that I payed the 1 cent twice

and that Spotify returned it

 

honestly I care less about having premium 

I just want to make sure I don’t get billed at the end of the 3 months

But it shows free plan I don't want to be billed pls help

Hi j just did a free three months thing for a trip I wanted premium for. I got it in September 10 and it is now September 11 and I haven’t gotten it yet. Can anyone help???

i just signed up a couple days ago for the free trial and didnt have any problems. did you enter a credit card? even though its free, they want a card number so as soon as they can auto charge, they will.
