Premium only works on 1 device

So i pay monthly for premium which works on my laptop but i still get ads and can't download on my ipad or mobile?

All via the same log in.

How do i get the premium to sync across the three devices?

Sorry to hear you're having troubles, have you got your account connected to Facebook or possibly have a duplicate account? What version of IOS is your Ipad running and which model is it? What is your mobile and what OS does it run?

In normal circumstances premium will sync across all devices that are logged in with your account.

Also forgot to add have you made sure that Spotify is upto date on all of your devices? Sometimes that can cause issues.
