Premium payment failed

I'm paying my premium plan using my mobile provider. For this month of April, my I wasn't able to renew my subscription since it says that my credit to my prepaid is insufficient. I have enough balance though. What is happening. Please help. Thank you.

I see you are using your mobile provider, I would recomend contacting them about the issue, make sure it is all okay, if they say to contact Spotify, I will inform a staff member to come and help you 🙂
