Been trying to update my premium account detal
Ils regarding payment and billing, have all settings right on my Visa and billing adress is correct yet it still says "oops! Looks like your payment option is having a bad day".. is spotify having technical difficulties????

Hey @Unreal77,

 

Welcome to the forums!

 

Can you try once more.This time clear you cache and then on a desktop computer open up an incognito window and try the payment again.

I have same problem and tried your advice but it didn't work. please help me!

I did recieve an email from spotify that they had some troubles with
payments ( why not tell us that sooner??) I got a giftcard for a month and
will try to update my info this week! Will post if it works!

Aynı sorunu yaşıyoruz. Buraya yazdım, postları okuyorum, spotify support a mail gönderdim ama hala tam bir cevap alamadım, başka ne yapabilirim bilmiyorum..

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
