I have just signed up for 3 months of premium on my laptop and it worked but when I sign into my account on my mobile (Samsung) it's not showing and some of my playlists are missing and it's telling me to sign up for premium? I have signed into both in the same way, using my email address and password.

Hi @missthingsplace, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

Hi,

 

I haven't had spotify for long and only have one email address. I tested old ones anyway and none of them came up as linked to an account. I use my current email address on my laptop and it states that I am using Premium, when I use the same email address and same password on my mobile it's not seeing it as Premium.

 

I tried logging in with facebook, it gives me different playlists but does not show as being a premium account, on either my laptop or mobile. 

 

I don't understand how when logging in with the same log in details it's not seeing that it's the same account.

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

Another great way is to use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares. They generally reply very quickly.

 

If you don't want to use the social media channels, you can fill out the online contact form. Make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply. Support usually gets back within a day or two.
