I have had premium for around 2 years with Rogers Wireless and since today, Spotify will not recognize my premium subscription. so I have no features, lost all my Offline playlists and getting ads. it's like Spotify cancelled my premium. I called Rogers and they said everything is fine on their end and that I should be getting premium. this started today.
Since you pay through rogers they manage those types of subscriptions. I would contact sptofy so they can check the account on their end, but they wont be able to help manage the subscription, they will be able to tell you if they can see youre on premium or not, they will likely at some point send you back to Rogers.
