I paid the subscription price and then changed the payment method. Then Spotify tried to charge me twice. Today it stopped the premium subscription although it should be 11 days after.

Did you also change your plan to Premium Duo or Family? Note that switching from Premium Individual to Duo or Family will also have an impact on your payment date, and it will likely be a few days earlier than usual. This is because of the price difference between the plans.

 

It's also possible that you previously had failed payments on your account. When a payment fails, you don't immediately lose your subscription. Instead, we'll try to process the payment again in the next few days.

 

For more information on the matter, I'd recommend reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they have the necessary tools to look further into this.
