Premium stopped working

Yesterday night I was listening to spotify offline, since I bought Spotify Premium for a year in February. And when I woke up this morning my Spotify was Free mode!!! I hope you can fix it, because I’m not going to pay for something I already did! Terrible mistake you made! Now who has to deal with it is me.
