Premium subscription not extended after due error duying payment

Hi.

So im trying to continue my premium subscription in indosesia via xl axiata. When im do the payment via spotify.com there is some error after im entering the confirmation code, but my balance are reduced. I try for several times but always error and my balance reduced Rp. 184.354

I already contact xl axiata as my payment menthod but they said that they already did they job to take my balances and said that its spotify who not continuing even i already paid for my subsription.

I dont receive any receipt from email or spotify site. It been 2 days

Please give me confirmation or/and clarification about my balances that lost

The payments should be pending if they didn't go through. They'll get back to you in a few business days.

 

For now, we suggest you make sure your payment method meets the requirements listed here. If you're unsure about them, you can reach out to your bank for more info.
