Premium subscription not working

Premium subscription not working

Hi. I paid for premium subscription this morning using the fund transfer feature of my bank. Bank did notify that transfer was successful but Spotify did not upgrade to premium. I already used the same mode of payment last month but then it worked well. I'm pretty sure the account number was entered properly.

 

Up until now (it's been 14 hours since payment), I stll can't use Spotify Premium. Why is this so?

 

I hope that you can help me regarding this matter. Thank you.

Hey @Patpat1!

 

No worries, there's usually a quick fix. You can log out and back into your account. Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.

 

Also, check that your Premium isn’t on another account. If your payment isn’t pending, you might be logged in to another account you have. Check out our guide to find any other accounts.

Hi! I already tried logging in and out of my account but still, my subscription is free. I also don't have another Spotify account.
