Premium subscription not working

Premium subscription not working

Hello,

I purchased Spotify Premium for 3 months, and the payment was successfully charged to my card. However, the premium subscription has not been activated on my account.

 

The email linked to my Spotify account is **bleep**.

 

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from the previous thread to a new one as it was unrelated to its content and fits better here. Hope you don't mind.

 

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. We'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article to see if it makes any difference.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend checking this article for more info. 

 

If the account doesn't show the Premium subscription after this, as we cannot access users’ accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the payment and help you further.
