Premium subscription

Ok. So this is what happened to me. I subscribed the premium subscription with my Facebook account. But my Facebook account got hacked few days ago. And now I couldn’t log in to the old Spotify account anymore. Does anyone know how do I cancel the old subscription without logging in my Facebook?
