Premium through Employer (Starbucks)

Hey,

I created my Spotify account when I was hired by starbucks since as an employee benefit I get Premium for free.  It worked great for about a month, then one morning I realize that I've been kicked off premium and my account is a Free subsciption.  There is no where that I can find that I can reenter my work information to reactivate my free Premium.  The help team hasn't come up with anything in 10 days, and I'm getting close to just abadoning the site for good.
