Je suis passee sur spotify free depuis quelques jours alors que je paie un abonnement premium via ma facture Bouygues telecom de 9,99€.

Bouygues m'a conseille de desinstaller et reinstaller spotify, mais ca ne change rien.

Hey @AgnesM,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
