Hi all,

I need help to understand an extra charge. Last week I switch my premium account and included my husband's account on the family plan.

On June 17th, Spotify charged my husband's premium account, I'm trying to find a way to contact the company for a refund, but looks impossible to have access to a phone number or email. 

I have no ideia how to delete the future payments on my debit card.

My question is, I changed my account to family plan last week, they'll charge me the family plan on June 26th (because I paid the premium on the June 4th), my husband's account reniewed on the 17th, is this charge correct? Looks like between the 17th and 26th he wouldn't have paid the account? I'm really confused
