Premium to free

My Spotify account was under premium family up till even yesterday and suddenly today it's free? What happened Spotify how do I fix this

I may have a solution... I'm not sure though!

First, check your settings. It may say on the Web Player/App that you have a basic account, but maybe it is a loading error and your actual account page says you have premium.

If your account page says that you have a basic account as well, that means your plan somehow got canceled or you did not pay for your subscription in time. Try re-subscribing, but if you are completely sure that you paid for your subscription at the right times, go here to report this issue to the staff, so that they know and will try to fix the issue that somehow your subscription got randomly canceled.
