Premium payments going through but no premium?

Library full , can i Reset my library ?

I recently started receiving information that my library is full. I wonder if it is possible to Reset my library, deleting all songs and artists so that I can select new ones more carefully. I await the answer.Thank you.

Family plan error

I have the invitation to enter the family plan, but when I give it ok, this message appears: '' You can not join this Premium for Family account.We Could Not confirm That You live at the same address as the main account holder. '' What should I do ??

I had a Premium membership but recently joined a family plan without cancelling my Premium beforehand. Does that mean I will still be charged separately for that account or is my Premium from beforehand negated when it comes to payment?
