My Question or Issue:

 

 

I want to up upgrade to Premium (3 Monats) but i get an error every time.

"The payment failed. Try again, choose another card or select another payment method.See the corresponding section on our support page." I testet 2 Cards all the same Error.

Hey @ben_Music,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Could you check this page for some steps on what to do if a payment fails? If this doesn't resolve the issue, we advise you to contact the card issuer bank for further info.

 

You can try different payments methods in the meantime.
