Premium with Hulu not working

My Question or Issue

My Premium individual student account shows that I have Spotify with free Hulu. My account page shows both Spotify and Hulu as active. But I can not get Hulu to work. When I click "Start Watching" in the Chrome Browser, it asks me to subscribe to Hulu.

Since you mentioned you can see both services being active on your Account page, it's best to reach out to Hulu support regarding this matter.
