My Question or Issue

Been using spotify premium of my GalaxyS9 for a couple months now, just tried to use the desktop app and website today and its saying im not a premium member; my bank account says i was charged for premium on may 20th.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, could you try going to your account overview and let me know if your subscription status says 'Free' or 'Premium'?

Hey bill thanks for trying to help so quick, i did the reinstall and got the same thing and my account overview says free. Ive had this account for a year or two but only started really using it the past couple of months. When im on my phone i get no ads and have unlimited skips and have all my playlists i made but when im on my desktop i have none of my playlists and get ads. I know this is the same account as the one on my phone also.

That's strange. In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. I hope this helps!
