Premium working on phone but not PC

I pay for Premium, and while it is working on my iPhone, it is not working on my PC. I have tried to restart my computer, uninstalled/reinstalled Spotify, and logged out and back in. None of these things activated Premium on the PC. I haven't ever had this problem before, up until recently it was working fine. Any thoughts?

Hey @LeesaJaneAnthea,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
