I thought i cancelled my premium subscription but I didn't and I got charged the $11 today, I haven't used it but I need that money to pay some urgent bills, am I able to cancel the subscription and get a refund? I haven't used Spotify yet also!?

If you think you are eligible for a refund, you should get in contact with Spotify customer services. You can message them at SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twittter or through this online contact form.

Hi,
I have recently refreshed my signature on spotify (like always) and I suddenly my account became free. The payment message came normally lika always, but still... i tried relogging but got no success. I hope you can help me.

It looks like you have a second account, and accidentally logged on the wrong one. 

 

Can you please check your user credentials and make sure you're logging in correctly?
