The past 4 months I have been charged $12.99 for Spotify this time it didn't renew as I didn't have enough money for it to renew it said I would try again in a few day. A week later it still hadnt renewed. Clicked update details had to put my card details in again then I get charged $14.99

What country are you rocking Spotify from? The price for Spotify Premium is increasing in a few countries, but you should've received an email notification about this.
