I somehow signed up with 3 different email addresses... and I am getting charged on my credit card for one of them being upgraded to Premium but all three accounts are showing as "Free". Help!

According to what you're letting us know, it's very likely that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.
