My Question or Issue

 My one month subscription has ended today but before it ended, I was able to subscribe for 1 month premium again and I paid it awhile ago in Cebuana using the reference number that was sent to me by Spotify. Now my question is, why is my account not in Premium subscription when in fact, I have already paid for it.
