Step 1




So I didn't check my email account and I totally missed the verification notification (which went to SPAM by the way) and now I'm stuck at free Spotify and my brother who is the owner of the premium family account sent me an invite but it still says that it's not able to add me back so I'm lost. I have all my music in that account and I don't want to lose it.

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. They'll be able to take a look backstage for you and hopefully solve this as soon as possible.
