I brought 3 months premium and the amount 119 was debited from my account and now I’m not allowed to use my premium

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here. 

 

If you already paid for Premium but can't see the features, we'd first recommend logging out and back in. This can force an update between your device and account and could allow you to fully see your subscription.

 

It's worth making sure that you’re using the right login details. You might have signed up to Premium with a different account.

 

Lastly, you can also check your payment status. If the Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully.
