I paid for premium but it’s not working on my app

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

 

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? We'd also like to know if you're unable to use all the Premium features. 

 

On another note, we suggest that you log out and then log back into your account twice in a row. We know it sounds odd, but this will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us some screenshots of how the app looks like on your end? You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

  • I would like for Spotify to check how long I’ve been charged for premium and not being able to use it, only free Spotify for the last year or so

Thanks for reaching out.

If you're being charged for Premium but you're not seeing your Premium features, we'd recommend checking the steps in this article. Once you've located your Premium account take a look at your receipts page for more info on your charges.
