Hello,

I have a question regarding Spotify Premium Family.
We are part of a family plan, and the family organizer wanted to renew the subscription because it was not renewed this month due to a change of the bank card.

Now it says that you can only join a new family once every 12 months, but we are still in the same family.
However, another member was able to accept the invitation again without any problems.

I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to bypass this message as you can only switch plans once within a 12-month period. The only workaround for your case would be to create a new Spotify account, and transfer content from one account to the other following these steps.
