Prepaid Globe insufficient balance

My premium expired so I have to update my account payment because automatic payment doesnt work on my experience so I updated it and as usual I registered for another month but it says that I don't have sufficient balance for premium but I have 141 PHP balance on my sim, is this technichal or problem on globe? Please help tried to contact globe but they are not responding.

I am having the same problem. I have 130 pesos of prepaid load. I heard about the promo 129 for 3 months so i registered but it says insufficient load. Pls help
