Prepaid subscription

I wanna renovate my prepaid subscription but the app says something got wrong, al though it does not clarify what exactly is wrong. None of the prepaid subscription options is working. Can you help me? Thanks!

Are you able to try to renew your account on a desktop using a browser instead of via the app?
