Problem joining the DUO Plan

Problem joining the DUO Plan

Hi folks, 

 

I invited my wife to a duo plan. She can't join because though we live together, my payment card was issued in another country. So every time she tries to accept the invitation there is an error saying she is trying to log in from a different country. I entered the same address but in the account information there is still the country where my credit card was issued and not my actual place of living. What can I do? Is there any technical support? I couldn't find anything helpful on the website. Thanks in advance

Thanks for reaching out.

 

To resolve this issue, you'll need to update your payment method to one issued in the country you're currently in. Once that’s done, your country setting will update on your next billing date, and she should be able to join without any problems—assuming her country setting is already correct for where you both live.
