Hello. On February 2022 I suscribed to the uniersitary plan and I knew that this February (2023) I had to revalid my student condition. I did and I recived my confirmation message and the pay was the same as usual (a half of the premium individual cost) but this month (March 2023) my recive was the same as the premium individual. I have the mails and messages of confirmation for my student condition validation. I have check my plan already and I says I'm suscribe to the premium individual. So I did again all the process to get the student discount but it says that I'm suscribe to the primium individual. I don't know what's happening. I really disconform with this problem because this is not the first time I have this kind of problems with the payment because last year for an error I pay for the duo premium which I didn't want. I hope spotify can solve this problem or I'll cancel my subscription.
