Hello. I have a problem. I wanted to bought Premium version of Spotify. I choosed student version (9,99 PLN per month). Then I entered my credit card informations. I clicked "Continue" button and when I was entering informations about me and my school (to prove that I'm student), my Spotify app crashed. When I logged into my bank account, I found that my money went out, but on Spotify I'm still free user and now I can't back to entering informations about me. What should I do now? Please help!

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
