Problem with payment

Hello ! I have problem with my family subscription. I've had it for 1 month and in a day, when my subscription was ending, the payment failed cause of limits on my credit card. I've unlocked it and the payment isn't still working. I've tried everything from help centre and anything worked. I've checked my credit card. It's working properly. Please help me.

Hey @paolo7770, welcome to the community!

 

If the payment for the Premium for Family plan didn't go through on time, but your credit card now has the funds, you just need to wait for the system to process the payment again.

 

Spotify will try to process the payment again every few days, so everything should be fine once it goes through.

Hi I have a problem with mi count Premium for student, my account is still free, and the charge was made 2 times the charge to my card !! I do not have any other linked account.
