Problem with premium, I paid for the service, but automatically changed to free subcription.

Hi, I have subcript the premium family package. but every month we are facing the same issue of the subcription will automatically changed to free subcription even though i paid for the premium package. It is quite annoying that i need to contact spotify authorities for this problem for every month. and now i cant even join the family premium package even though i have the invitation link. can anyone help?

I am expereincing this problem as well. I have updated the app and deleted it from my phone and still it shows I have free subscription but Spotify charges my itunes account each month. Is there someone we can talk to at spotify or how do we get this matter fixed?

How long did it take for Spotify to resolve the issue for you previously?

I don't mean to be rude or impatient, but I think it totally sucks that as a paying member, we have to resort to a community forum for support. Been waiting for 2 days. I have a family subscription and 4 people can't use their premium. I realize this isn't life threatening or anything and its mostly just annoying, but the fact it's a paid subscription and no support annoys me even more than not having premium spotify.

Same here, subcribed premium membership today, before its going to charge me next month, it first let me enjoy a 30-day free premium trial, but problem is, i had already tried their free 7-day free premium trial before so this time the 30-day free trial is not working. I dont care about the free trial stuff actually, i just want to enjoy the premium service NOW why do i have to wait for ONE MONTH after i input all my credit card detail?
