Problem with student subscription [+brazil]

Hello there, good morning.

 

Im finding trouble to finalize my student subscription.

 

Here on Brazil we dont have the automatic SHEERID verification. So i applied for the manual, and received the email confirming my student permission on feb/20.

 

So today i cancelled my family subscription and when i tried do purchase the student one, it kinda asked me to verify my student stats again, once i did that it said i already used the benefit, but i did not, and my account is on the "free plan".

 

Any lights? Sorry for the bad english!
