My Question or Issue

My card has expired and I add new after my plan has expired. I did I fast and it turned out that by default it choose individual for me. And I used to have duo.

When I try to switch back, select duo plan it goes to subscription page as says that I have individual one. And I cannot change it back to duo anymore. Is there some other way?

I understand how this can be frustrating! Since your plan expired and was automatically renewed as Premium Individual, you may need to cancel this subscription first before switching back to Premium Duo. Here are some steps that might help:

 

  1. Cancel the Premium Individual plan

    • Go to your account page and cancel your current subscription.
    • Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  2. Wait for the plan to fully expire

    • After canceling, wait until your account returns to Spotify Free.
  3. Subscribe to Premium Duo

    • Once your account is on the free plan, try subscribing to Duo again through the official plan page.
