Problem with the pay of my spotify universitary premium

Today i made a universitary premium contract with spotify, and they(spotify) said to me that i need send to them a prove that i study in a university, but i don't have any document of my university, and they already charged on my credit card, and i don't send nothing to them yet, and i don't have premium yet, i will take a document of my university tomorrow, and i dont want two charges in my credit cart... I don't think that they are right, because they said before i start the contract that they would not charge until I sent the document, and they charged, and i am not a spotify premium.. wth, what i have to do? because now, i always have to restart the contract..

The payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon.
