Problema de cuenta

Tengo un problema con mi cuenta Premium, pague 3 meses y cerré sesión en mi aplicación de spotify y cuando entre de nuevo me decía que si quería comprar Premium, me fui a mi correo y tengo los pagos del 21 de mayo correctos y ahora no puedo escuchar música porque dicen que no soy Premium, me pueden ayudar por favor?
