Problemas na compra do Premium

Já fui assinante do Premium e deixei de renovar a assinatura por alguns meses.

Desde que resolvi voltar ao Spotify, por vezes inseri meus dados para ativar a assinatura do Premium mas surge na tela uma mensagem que diz que os dados do cartão ou os pessoais estão incorretos.

Troquei as formas de pagamento na tentativa de concluir a assinatura mas não foi possível.

Como devo proceder?
