Problemas para atualizar o método de pagamento.

Me esqueci de deixar um saldo para a cobrança do spotify. Foi-me solicitado atualizar o método de pagamento, para voltar a utilizar o Premium.

Infelizmente, estou há semanas tentando e simplesmente não consigo. Sempre dá o mesmo erro:
"Houve falha no pagamento. Tente de novo. Se quiser, você pode usar outro cartão ou uma forma de pagamento diferente."

Só possuo este cartão e não consegui pagar por boleto, sequer.

Já tentei em aba anônima, outro dispositivo e outra conexão.

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Does your payment method work otherwise? If so, try it one more time on a different network but make sure not to try too many times in succession as this can lead to the system automatically rejecting all attempts. If it still doens't work and you cannot try with a different method, reach out to your payment provider to find the specific reason why it was rejected. If necessary, you can reach out to our support team too so they can investigate it for you.
