Problems With cancelling premium

My Question or Issue

Im having troube with cancelling my spotify premium subscription i taught i canceled it a while ago however i just found out i was still charged on the 2nd of June on this account, however when i try to go to my subscribtion settings it still says i am on spotify free therefore i cant cancel the subscription and get my money back
