Problems with subscription payment

Hello, I am new in Spotify,
I had never entered the app before.

But yesterday I decided to try Spotify,
and subscribe to it.
But I had 2 problems,

I thought that the first month of subscription was free,
and second,
that the amount of the monthly subscription (4.99)

had been charged twice to my account.

I would like to know the explanation and how they could be solved
