Profile kicked out of family plan

Profile kicked out of family plan

My brother got removed from my family plan because of an "unconfirmed adress". And when I try to get him in the plan again he just cant... I dont seem to have something to do, we paid for this month and we want to use the service as we subscribed.

 

Oh, and the rest of the family is still active, he was the only one kicked out.

Yes, we put the same Postal Code and adress when we entered the plan.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

 

If we’re unable to verify any of the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

Just to confirm, does he see an error message when trying to join again your plan? 

 

It's also worth a try sending him a fresh invitation and asking him to join in an incognito or private window in his browser.
